About the Role

Spin Strategic, LLC is seeking a systems-minded Operations & HR Assistant to build and manage our internal back-office infrastructure. This is a 100% remote, non-client-facing role focused on "People and Process." You will ensure that our HR protocols, contractor workflows, and internal data are automated, secure, and legally compliant.

Core Responsibilities

  • Zoho Ecosystem Administration: Lead the setup and daily management of internal Zoho tools (Zoho People, Projects, and Sign).
  • The "Zoho Rule" Enforcer: Audit the ecosystem daily to ensure every contractor is logging time in real-time.
  • Contractor Lifecycle Management: Manage the internal HR pipeline, verifying AI subscription proofs and 2FA compliance.
  • Financial Reconciliation: Reconcile contractor invoices against approved time logs within Zoho.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in HR Operations, Systems Administration, or high-level Back-Office support.
